I had done some Pilates a long time ago but this was my first time in New York. The class is very personal and as you are working one-on-one, the progress is quick and more importantly for me, I'm learning about the form. I feel lucky to have found Erica, she is a highly trained and dedicated Pilates instructor who really knows what she's doing.  Erica had been trained by practitioners of the classical Pilates method but she also has knowledge of various modalities so she can adapt each sessions to the specific needs of her client.  She is observant and caring and has helped me to experience a better quality of life through exercise and movement.
